At our store, we are committed to providing high-quality products for you and your horse. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Special Return Window

For Walkie Belware German products, we offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery.

Due to the specialized nature and quality standards of these items, returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or special-order products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping

If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof (photos if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
